Event proceeds will support Friends of the Bonita Estero Rail Trail and Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation.


Friends of BERT: Bonita Estero Rail Trail is an all-volunteer non-profit 501(c)(3) group dedicated to bringing the Bonita Estero Rail Trail to Lee County communities. Their mission is to generate public support and to advocate for the proposed 14.9 mile paved, multi-use pathway from Bonita Springs Road to Alico Road. FCS Foundation Logo

The Florida Cancer Specialists (FCS) Foundation provides grants to qualified adult cancer patients in Florida to help pay for non-medical expenses such as rent, mortgage or utility bills. Through the Foundation’s Volunteer Program, community residents extend comfort to patients during treatment and with support behind-the-scenes to assist with grant applications, office support and special event fundraising.

Please look over the routes and print out your map/cue sheet. There will be a limited number of maps available at the ride start. We also recommend that you download the free RideWithGPS app to your phone and use the links below to follow the routes or upload them to your Garmin or Wahoo bike computers.

Cancellation Policy:
The safety of our participants and volunteers is our most important concern and if any of the threatening weather conditions are present the day of the event (tornado warning, tornado watch, thunderstorm, heavy rain or a hurricane decides to visit), the event may be delayed or canceled.
When weather conditions or other physical conditions present a danger to participants, such conditions fall under the label “acts of mother nature,” it will not result in refunding of any event entry fees or future event credits, since funds were already spent in preparation for your event day.
