What is this?
Country Loop ride starts at 7:30 AM from Bike Bistro headed out to Sanibel and Captiva. Bring $1 to go through Ding Darling.
Country Loop is a
Recovery Ride
for many of the stronger riders. The pace is 20-22 mph depending on the wind, if you're up front pulling the group you need to be a leader (you are only as fast as the slowest rider, this ride is not for beginners). The rest/refuel stop is approximately 30 miles into the ride, then returning back to Buckingham Park. If this is the ride you would like to participate in please be prepared to follow the rules.
Country Loop, is a fun group RECOVERY PACE ride.
A Recovery ride is a ride dedicated to riding easy and just spinning the legs to get the blood flowing. The increased blood flow without the higher stress on the muscles from riding hard will help to enhance and speed recovery. If you’re particularly tired from multiple days of hard riding, you will probably feel sore at the beginning but by the end of the ride you will feel great. It is a boost for the muscles as well as the mind. CRBC Country Loop.
