LOST - Century Gravel Ride (Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail)

LOST - Century Gravel Ride
Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail - approx 117 mi.

This epic, challenging ride will circumnavigate Lake Okeechobee for approximately 117 miles. The route is mostly new, improved paved bike path, but there is still about 30 miles of gravel or double track, so a gravel bike will be necessary. 

⚠️ THIS RIDE IS WEATHER DEPENDENT, so if the weather is crap, it will be rescheduled.

Location: TBD based on weather/wind conditions - Please contact Terry.
Rolling:  At dawn-ish - 7:00am
Safety: Helmet required, flat repair kit, front & rear lights recommended
Speed: 16+ mph for more than 8 hours
Distance: Approx 117 miles
Rest stops: Will be decided upon by the group and as locations along the route are available. Much of the route is rural, so bring water & food to be as self-supported as possible.
