About this event
A weekly, more relaxed ride, leaving from Coastline Cyclery, in conjunction with a faster ride out of Coastline. For those who are already riding a road bike but need to brush up on skills or gain group riding knowledge and confidence. We will practice riding in a pace line, drafting and group ride safety and etiquette. Approximately 40 miles with a break half way. A fun ride that's also educational, so bike maintenance and flat changing, and pedal clipping, will also be on the schedule...TBA. Questions welcomed.
This is a “NO DROP” ride, and pace is 16-18mph depending on group needs, and wind. Ride leaves promptly at 7:35am, so arrive early enough to pump your tires and run into Coastline for any last minute supplies. Routes may vary. Helmets must be worn.
