Gravel -Terry's Will Travel For Gravel Ride-With Overnight Stays

Join ride leader Terrence McLaughlin for this multi day gravel AND road ride with overnight stays.
Day 1 (Saturday), meet at Monroe Station deep in the Everglades to ride through a piece of old Florida history. See Florida as it once was as you go back in time. The gravel portion is about 13 miles before becoming a paved road. Ride to the end and turn around to get approximately 50 miles.
Then head to Homestead and spend the night.
Day 2 (Sunday), ride to the ruins of the old Aerojet rocket fuel testing facility. This is a really cool route and it explores the history of our Cold War space race. Add in some gravel roads around active farm fields and rural Homestead for a total of approximately 40 miles.

Stay another night if you can!
Day 3 (Monday) take a journey on a road ride deep in the Everglades National Park to Flamingo. This is the main road through the park and the out and back is approximately 75 miles. Rest and refuel at the marina in Flamingo before returning to the visitor's center at the park entrance.
