Join Mike Bickley for a fun ride to Sanibel and Captiva! Depart from the Bike Bistro located at 20351 Summerlin Rd., Fort Myers. The route is 46 miles at a C group pace (16-18 mph), with an enjoyable, relaxed vibe and traveling through some of the most incredible scenery SWFL has to offer. The ride takes riders over the Sanibel bridge and causeway, continuing along Gulf Drive, to the beachfront roads of Captiva. The break is at Starbucks on Captiva for restrooms and refreshments. The return route is slightly different as it takes riders through the Dunes neighborhood.
Helmets are required, along with working front and back lights, at least 2 bottles of water or sports drink and a flat repair kit.
