The B Group has Larry as their ride leader and will operate as usual, however, Pam is out this week and therefore we are offering her A group to have a virtual ride leader rather than canceling the ride.
The idea of a virtual ride leader with online check in is to provide a way for you to ride without being in a big group and needing a ride leader for each group but with club insurance in case of a crash on the route. So this is what we've worked out with our insurance company. This will only be available during the pandemic.
Club members will be covered by club insurance while you ride either by yourself or in your own small group ONLY IF you check-in/register before you head out on the route. To do that you need to come to this page after logging into your CRBC account and "register" yourself for free and then head out. If there is a crash please contact VP of Rides, Lee Waller.
